- “Wikipedia” Project done by CSE 8th Sem students during 2009-10 was exhibited in KSCST-SIET, Tumkur on 6th & 7th 2010 and was awarded as “Outstanding Project for the year 2009-10”.
- Kishore Kumar Naidu, Suhas K M and Swathi R have secured first place in zonal level table tennins in the year 2009-2010
- Best Project award for the project “Eye Controlled Computer” was awarded in the International Project Competition VISAI organized by VELTECH University, Avadi, Chennai.
- Farmer Buddy a Real Time wireless project for farmers was selected and exhibited in KSCST, by 8th semester students during the year 2010-2011
- Best Project award for the Project “Android based fall monitoring for Senior Citizens” was awarded second place in the National Level Students Project competition “Spectrum-12” held at BEC, Bagalkot.
- Mahesh Kumar.A and Mr. Narasimha Rao of 8th Semester, CSE secured 2nd Prize in the “DA ABHYANTHA” State level techno-cultural fest Paper presentation event held at RYMEC, Bellary on 5th and 6th of November,2012
- The project “ Location Based- Remote Client Authentication Protocol” secured First place in the “ 27th CSI Student Convention” Project demo competition held at Reva Institute of Technology, Bangalore on 19th and 20th ,April 2013 and with a Cash Prize of Rs. 3,000/--
- Neha Chandra and Ms. Soumya Wali of 8 th Semester had participated in Paper presentation event at STJIT, Ranibennur and secured 3rd Prize in Anveshana National Level Paper Presentation.
- Afrin of IV sem, CSE has won 2nd place in Singing Competition “ Drestieen ” National Level Techo-Cultural Fest held at BITM, Bellary on 22nd and 23rd of March 2013.
