About Civil Engineering Department

Civil Engineering

The Civil Engineering Department, started in the year 2014. The department has carved its niche in the areas of academics, research, consultancy, collaborative
projects, and publications. The department has been actively involved in conducting conferences, workshops, FDP's, Site Visits, Project works, Tours and several outreach activities, as well as related programs to provide a platform for learning, sharing and spreading the latest developments in the field of Civil Engineering.

Civil Engineering as known is the oldest branch of Engineering which comprises of all activities fulfilling the basic needs of the human beings as well as fulfilling all the demands of modern & advanced civilizations in sustainable manner.

Civil engineering problems involve physical, mathematical, life sciences, earth sciences, social sciences, communication and engineering sciences. It involves many other professional areas including architecture, planning, law, public health, economics, management, sociology, finance and other branches of engineering.
